An Evening at Rock Bottom Ranch
Summary
Join the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies at Rock Bottom Ranch for an evening celebrating local agriculture. Guests enjoy a guided farm tour, engaging with regenerative agriculture systems and the seasonal rhythm of the farm, before sitting for a multi-course feast of small bites, plated dishes, and regional beer, wine, and cocktails.
Shuttles depart from the Walter Isaacson Center at 6 p.m. At the end of the evening, shuttles depart Rock Bottom Ranch at 9:15 p.m. to return to Aspen, making stops at both the Aspen Institute and downtown Aspen. Parking is also available on site.
